Accruent Siterra 26.5 Release Notes
We're delivering this automatic upgrade to UAT environments on September 24, 2026 and to production environments on October 10, 2026.
Release notes are subject to change until the production release.
Preview new interface
We’re continuing our rollout of a new modern interface for Siterra. Early adopters can sign up to evaluate it.
The preview is off by default. To request access, contact Accruent Support with this subject line:
Request technical preview of new Siterra UI in UAT
When Accruent Support enables the preview:
-
Select New Siterra (upper-right) to switch to the new interface.
-
Select it again to return to Classic Siterra.
Most menus and options work the same in the new interface. If you open something that isn’t available yet, Siterra shows the Classic page or dialog and continues operating normally.
Review what we've added to the new Siterra preview in each release.
Contact counter and location details for legal parties
When working with legal party contacts in Siterra, you can now view contact usage across your leases and quickly locate every lease where they are assigned.
Contact counter for legal parties
When you add or edit a legal party on a lease, the Contacts tab in the object browser now includes a Contact Counter column. This column shows how many times each contact has been assigned as a legal party across your leases, so you can identify how much a contact is already used before making a new assignment. You can sort the column to find contacts by assignment frequency.
The Contact Counter column also appears in the following locations:
-
Incidents page > Landlord Details > Select. The count reflects legal party assignments only and does not include incident-specific associations.
-
Directory > Contacts page.
Where used for legal parties
You can now view a list of leases where the contact is assigned as a legal party, so you can assess the full scope of that contact's involvement before making changes.
Select Directory > Contacts > select a contact to display.
The new Where Used section appears below the Other Address section with the following information.
-
Type (Role): Legal party type assigned to the contact.
-
Description: Legal party description.
-
Lease Name and Lease Number: Links to the related lease homepage, available to users with the appropriate view permissions and group access rights.
-
Lease Status: Current status of the lease.
The Where Used section is available to administrators and to users with a role that includes the Where Used permission under Global Permissions for Roles > Contacts.

API |
Authorized API users can now create events using the Events POST endpoint. This applies when the event type uses an auto-create library template with at least one document container. The API creates the event and creates all associated libraries without returning a service resolution error. Example endpoint POST /apis/sit/events/v1/Events Example payload Copy
This requires feature toggle SP_38274 to be enabled. Contact Accruent Support if you need assistance with this setting. |
